Brazilian entrepreneur and gaming industry veteran founded one of the first gaming studios in Brazil, LocZGames, in 1996. Sold the studio to Playphone in 2006 and, in 2008, was invited by Electronic Arts to create and direct EA’s first Latin America studio in São Paulo. One of the founders of the Brazilian Game Developers Association, Abragames, also worked at Lockwood Publishing as head of Country Management and at Kokku, Brazil's largest Co-Development Studio, as head of Business Development.
With over 15 years of experience in corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, business agreements and structuring of enterprises in several sectors of the economy. She is Bachelor of Law’s degree by Universidad de Salamanca (Spain) and has a post-graduation in corporate law and in compliance.
In the game development industry since 1999, starting as an artist before transitioning to production management. He has worked on notable titles such as the Syberia series, Far Cry 2, and Watch Dogs 1 & 2. In 2016, JF shifted focus to develop Ubisoft’s art outsourcing and co-dev departments, contributing to successful projects like Assassin's Creed Odyssey and Valhalla, Immortals Fenyx Rising, and Far Cry 5 & 6. His efforts helped establish best practices for co-development. After 18 years at Ubisoft, joined Kokku as Head of Art, where he applied his expertise in production, management, and outsourcing to drive the studio’s growth and oversee its Art department.
